THE COLLECTIVE II
New York, NY — [October 18] — Visionary Projects is thrilled to announce the opening of their new concept gallery space at 124 Forsyth St in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. After a year and a half of leading pop up exhibitions and collaborations, this is their very first official home-base in NYC. The opening reception and official launch party for the new space will be featuring their signature salon show, “The Collective II”. This exhibition brings together 58 artists from across the globe to share their intimate stories and inner worlds. Celebrating our nuances and variations of expression, this show is meant to explore the essence of individuality and dynamic representation of the human experience. We seek to inspire an alternative wave of new cultural connections while creating a more equitable and accessible space.
124 Forsyth is positioned to bring elevated creative projects and extended community together in a more supportive format. Moving into this new era, Visionary Projects continues to plan curating exhibitions fostering the work of emerging artists, host an array of creative events complimenting their shows and cultivate exciting collaborative partnerships with many brands along the way — all to make the contemporary art world a more accessible and approachable space to be in.
