Sophie Mahoney Brooklyn-based artist from New Jersey, born August 25, 2000. She earned her BFA in Painting from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in 2022 and is currently pursuing a second degree in Illustration at Montclair State University. While her primary practice is painting, she also explores illustration and sculpture. Her work engages with themes of feminism, queerness, body image, and mental health.
