POLICIES:

• Membership yearly fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

• Once you have access to the membership portal on Day 1, this is your space to utilize for the next 365 days.

• Please contact member@visionaryprojects.org if you’d like to cancel your next yearly membership payment, otherwise you can cancel your account in your portal.

• Discounts are set at 20% for eligible, not all, VP events. Complimentary open call access is unlimited.

• All information inside the membership portal is private, there is a zero solicitation policy: Solicitation is any form of requesting money, support or participation for products, groups, organizations or causes which are unrelated to our organization. These include but are not limited to:

  • Seeking funds or donations for an unrelated organization/company

  • Asking for signatures for a petition

  • Selling merchandise or services

  • Requesting support for a political candidate

  • Engaging in religious proselytism

  • Using our private information, data, and directory for the benefit of another organization/company.

EVENT/WORKSHOP BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• All deposits are non-refundable. You will be fully refunded 100% if for some reason an event is canceled.

• We cannot make price adjustments. The value of an event stands as is with early bird & normal rates.

• If an in-person workshop was paid in full, you may receive a 50% refund if canceled 90 days before the start date.

• We always recommend traveler's insurance in the event of an unexpected circumstance that would require you cancel your trip.

• Visionary Projects reserves the rights to cancel a workshop at any time for any reason. While this would not be an ideal situation on both ends, we take into consideration the optimal experience for all participants. A cancellation can also include having too few participants. Visionary Projects is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable flights if already purchased. Travel insurance is recommended.

TRIP DURATION POLICIES:

• We are not held responsible in the event of a flight delay, cancelation, or anything that may cause you to be absent.

• Since you signed up to participate in one of our events, you have signed up for legal photos to be taken of you throughout the event. If you have any objections to this, please speak to us personally about your concerns and we’ll be happy to work with you.

• We are not held responsible in the case of personal choices during your trip.

• We are not held responsible in the rare case of personal injuries during your trip.

• We are not held responsible in the rare case of personal theft during your trip.
