Born in Oxford, England in 2001, William Lowry graduated with First Class Honours from the Ruskin School of Art, University of Oxford in 2023. He has exhibited at Modern Art Oxford and the Ashmolean Museum, where his work is also part of the permanent collection. His work has been featured at the Bodleian Libraries, the Bi-BOX Art Space in Italy, and AWE + WONDER at Oxo Tower Wharf, London. Lowry received a Peter Kirk Scholarship from Trinity College, University of Oxford, leading to a solo exhibition, 'Zeitgeist', which was held in Oxford. This year he was awarded the Euan Uglow Scholarship by the Slade School of Fine Art and completed a residency at Takt Berlin.
