Meredith Walker (b. 1990) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer. Described as ‘contemporary folk art,’ her work explores the idea of physical and spiritual rootedness through repeated imagery inspired by nature, vintage textiles and historical folk art illustrations.Meredith received a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of South Carolina in 2013 and began painting in 2019 as a way to cope with postpartum depression. She currently lives with her husband and two daughters in Columbia, SC.
